He has held senior management positions in solar, semiconductor, storage, software, wireless telecommunications, financial services, computer systems and consumer electronics companies. He has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Atmel Semiconductor, Maxtor, Kinetics, Hyundai Electronics America, RCM Capital Management and Fujitsu America. While at Hyundai he moved from Human Resources and assumed the position of General Manager of the Wireless Telecommunication Division for the Americas.John is considered to be a subject matter expert on Human Resources and he has been a guest speaker at various human resources and community conferences, and governmental agencies.He has significant Board and Committee experience. He served on the Board of Hyundai Electronics America, he founded the Japanese American HR Association (JAHRA) and served on the HR Council of the Computer and Business Equipment Manufacturers Association (CBEMA).
